Madison Toft

Madison is generally the first point of contact for clients through the assessment and therapy booking process. She supports individuals and families at each step, helping to answer questions, explain next steps and make the journey into care feel clear and manageable. She understands that reaching out for support takes a lot of courage, and aims to create a welcoming, reassuring and supportive experience. Alongside working at Dr. Mind Psychology, Madison is currently completing a Master of Arts in Psychology. She has a particular interest in neurodiversity, and is passionate about understanding how to make services more neuroaffirming and trauma-informed.
