The best way to contact us is to email us. We all carry cell phones, but we are often in situations when it is not appropriate to answer them.

Hours of Business

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Closed on weekends and public holidays.

In an Emergency

We do not offer a mental health crisis or emergency service.

Where We Work

Our offices are based in Auckland- Parnell and Albany.

We work all over New Zealand and offer telehealth sessions for our clients’ convenience.

What financial support is available?

If you have Southern Cross, and psychology covered with them they will cover $1500 per year to assist with fees related to assessment and therapy with a registered psychologist.

If you have NIB health insurance, they also cover $2500 per annum to assist with the costs of assessment and therapy with a registered psychologist.

Dr Mona Ghanbari can also provide fully funded sessions via I Am Hope (four sessions per annum) if you are 24 years old or younger. 

Depending on your employer, you may have sessions funded through Clearhead scheme – this can be claimed with Dr Mona Ghanbari. 

You may receive a disability allowance from WINZ with approval from your GP which can give you a weekly amount to help with the cost of treatment.
